injured and lose all the benefits of previous training. That is why the
goal of performance programs should be two fold: 1) Increase Performance
2) Decrease Injury.
Injury prevention encompasses many different parts of the sport's
athlete. We know that women are very susceptible to ACL injuries.
Therefore it is very important to include in part of your program and
ACL prevention program for women athletes. In general how you design
